Founder & CEO
- Nidal Haddad is an accomplished business professional and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Al Bayader International.
- Nidal houses over 35 years of valuable experience in the packaging and cleaning product industry.
- Nidal holds an array of academic accreditations, most noteworthy being an honors degree in Architecture which he achieved from Damascus University in 1989, he then went on to complete accreditations in both Spanish language and Culture and French language and Culture from the Spanish diplomatic school in Madrid (La Escula Dilplmatica) and the French (‘Institut de Touraine’). Furthermore, he holds an Executive Certification in Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, USA.

- As the Vice President – Human Resources, Jag will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, ERP implementation and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Jag has a proven track record of over 25+ years of driving strategic HR initiatives and implementing best practices, implementing systems, etc that align with our company’s goals and values. He has successfully led HR teams in automotive retail, manufacturing, semiconductor and TIC industries and has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a diverse workforce.
Jamil Haddad
Group VP – Strategic Marketing
- Jamil Haddad is the VP of Strategic Marketing at Al Bayader International and oversees strategy execution and functional management of key teams.
- Jamil has worked on making Al Bayader’s operations more sustainable, reducing the Jebel Ali factory’s carbon footprint by 710 tons annually, and has an educational background in engineering and philosophy.
- Jamil, born and raised in the UAE, has graduated from the University of Bristol, UK with a MSc in Advanced Composites; the London School of Economics, UK with a MSc in Philosophy of Science; and the American University in Sharjah, UAE with a dual degree in BSc Mechanical Engineering and in BA International Studies.
Moussab Al Ani
Group VP – Sales
- Moussab has been working in Al Bayader International for the past 20 years. He started his career in Supply Chain and Procurement. Currently he is handling the sales for the entire group – to ensure more focus and attention.
- He is leading and contributing to the comprehensive sales strategy of the company, to align with company’s overall goals and objectives.
- He is managing a team of sales managers and executives to ensure achieving company’s sales goals.
- Moussab holds a Bachelor’s Degree In English Literature.
Gary Thompson
Group VP – Manufacturing
- Gary is an extremely experienced, effective, organized and decisive leader with demonstrable achievements within General Management, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Supply Chain in both a domestic and international arena across diverse industries.
- He has diverse experience in FMCG, Packaging and Print, Food and Automotive sectors in highly competitive markets with leading publicly listed and privately owned organizations
Ali Assaad
Internal Consultant – Strategy
- Ali Assaad serves as Al Bayader International’s Internal Consultant to the Strategy as well the group’s Supply Chain Manager. In his role as Internal Consultant Ali will act as the custodian of the strategy by ensuring that Al Bayader is on track for success through supporting delivery on its strategic goals and milestones. The Internal Consultant does this on all levels of the organization by serving on Al Bayader’s Executive Leadership Team as well as collaborating with teams across the region.
- Prior to joining Al Bayader, Ali pursued a MSc in Business Management from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. After graduating he joined Al Bayader and has been a part of the team for over 4 years where he served in operational roles across the supply chain. In his latest role of Supply Chain Manager, Ali continues to play a role in ensuring that Al Bayader provides great service to all its customers across the region.
